I put in for a notification a year ago and got a chance to finally order a 3060 ti for my wife. Came in and installed everything was working great for one day. Last night i look over and I can see the majority of the screen is covered by horizontal white lines. The white lines are not showing in the BIOS but they are visible during boot. I have tried reinstalling windows and the issue persists. When I enable CSM the lines are reduced significantly, but windows reports an error from the card and I am unable to install the drivers. I put in a service ticket and waiting for a response to do an RMA, but I'm hoping I can find a better solution to get her PC working again.

Did you try to do a DDU safe boot uninstall?  ()

I am actually doing that right now, I will post results.

Does this occur over hdmi and dp outputs?

Time to send the card back to evga for replacement.
