What driver are you using for those Kingpins? Something is definitely off.

I am using the newest drivers, all my benchmarking scores went up with them, and everything is working smooth in games with no issues that i can tell.

Newest drivers are are not necessarily the best for folding. I would try a studio driver or research what gaming driver works well for folding. I have a win 10 rig with a 1080ti running driver 442.19 that seems to fold very well and has not had any issues gaming either. 1.4-1.9 mil ppd Your rig should be a monster with 2 2080ti's https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us

Are you using PrecisionX1, Afterburner or something else (edit, your op wasn't showing a pic when I wrote this) that could be throttling things? What are the temps? Your screenshots are very hard to see, try the built in snipping tool

Temps are staying in the 40C range. Like i say its only doing this in folding, no other programs like games or benching are being affected.

Better, but not as great as it should be. My 2060KO is out performing your ti. My advice is to set your CPU's to finish (right click on each and choose finish)and delete them and GPU fold only. Let us know if you help doing that. Then we can figure out the bottleneck.

It is possible for it to be folding both slots on the same card. Leaving the slots at auto can do this is rare circumstances. Looking at your info, the card IDs do match at 0,0,0 and 1,1,1 for GPU,CUDA,OPENCL. So I'd pause folding, remove the gpu slots and add them back with explicit 0 or 1 for each ID. This normally will not cost work units as the slots will still report the same card tyoe.

Yeah, the PPD numbers seem tad low for 2080 Ti. My 2080 Supers are ~2M PPD each.

Well i'm making progress, i set the cpu to use 30 cores and figured out what was going on with the gpu's and now it looks like its running full speed ahead. Set both cards at 2160MHz Core and 8000MHz on the memory and put the chiller at 10C and everything staying nice and cool.
