Nice, I don't have the time to play I wish I did.  It is long but very fun.

Now you gave me a GIF of what started me on becoming a gearhead when I was a kid.  Wanted that car since I was 7 years old.  73 Falcon, 351 Cleveland and a Weiand blower   Actually there is a blower made by Mercedes with a magnetic switch for enabling the blocker, otherwise the pulley spins freely and has a secondary air intake, so you CAN make the impossible MadMax blower now, which is just too cool!

Man,. now I gotta watch the original again, maybe RoadWarrior too.....I might cry when they blow up the Falcon in RoadWarrior though.

Yeah, The Mad Max Movie series got me started on ALL this Twin-Turbo, Supercharged, Nitrous Insanity that I've been doing for Years!

Thunderdome is Still my favorite, Only because of this Scene:

I bought a DICE/LN2 pot kit from BartX over at OCN, it seems pretty nice (and it was only $125 USD).
Can't wait to try it out with some DICE. Though I still need to get around to insulating the board properly first.

(Full kit)
Comes with pretty much everything needed to get set up (Various sizes of neoprene insulation, retention bracket, backplate & mounting hardware). The base of the pot weighs a solid 1kg.

(Installed on the board)

Looks like it should work well on DICE, Let us know what kind of OC's you get out of your Xeon X5650 Chip.

Will do! I already know what it can do though, so I need to pick up a 980X/965 EE or something to really get the most out of it.
But it'll be a little while before I can use it because I still need to set up my workstation area.

And I've gotten the neoprene all cut out to size, still need to get some kneadable eraser for the detailed insulation.

That is downright nifty! E7621, nice to see that board again, such a beastly board.

Looking forward to seeing some subzero runs.

Alright Guys, I think the time is about right to sell my Four Titan X HC's (Put them in the EVGA Marketplace Today...).

After that is accomplished, I've been thinking about messing around again with my Kingpin F1 Dragon CPU Pot for some DICE Benches after I find a Single Card (Type/Brand to be determined) to use with either my ASETEK SS Phase Change or Kingpin Tek-9 FAT 6.0 Graphics Pot (Haven't Decided Yet) while Pondering What Other New "Experiments" to perform.

You Never Know What I'll come up with, Especially when I get inspired on My Favorite Dark-of-the-Night Holiday...."Halloween"!

Thanks Dave, I'm always thinking of what to come up with Next!

In the Meantime, I'm having a LOT of difficulty with Mad Max in the "Gas Town" O-Ring Race that's hard to explain until you actually get to the point of running in it!

Hmm haven't gotten near there yet.  Last time I played I wandered aimlessly around the desert killing roving patrols, just because.
Do you do your steering with the KB or do you have a game pad of some sort for it?  I'm still kinda awkward driving, but man that game is FUN.

LOL, Yeah, it's a Fun Game Alright.
I'm using the KB for Steering and although it is sometimes difficult I like it better than any game pads.

It was one thing driving around the desert and fending off the patrols, But when you're in the closed-circuit Race at Gas Town with very little room for overtaking and trying to get to the front and take out the Leader before the Bomb on your car explodes within a certain time frame gets pretty Intense!

Great to hear You've got the X99 System running and are going to "Keep on Cooling"

Now that I have Sold my Four Titan X HC's, You and I are in the same boat as far as having to use Older Graphics Cards! LOL

ATM, I just Have Two EVGA GTX 680 Classifieds (On AIR No Less) that I'm using so I can continue keeping my Benching Rig's SSD's Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 updated, and possibly will mess around with some DICE Cooling until New options become available.

I Still have my other Two Laptops and Secondary X58/980/980Ti Classified for Gaming and Such, So I'll still be Busy!

NOW My Postions are:

#4 in Fire Strike HOF
#4 in Fire Strike Extreme HOF
#2 in Fire Strike Ultra HOF

NOW, I'm in the TOP 5 in the Three Firestrike Benchmarks!!

Futuremark has made the following Changes on How They Determine Your Scoring Position:

"Recent changes, November 9, 2015The Hall of Fame now only displays historical scores submitted using SystemInfo 4.34 or later.
New scores must use SystemInfo 4.40 or later. New scores for 3DMark Fire Strike, Sky Diver,

I despise that the new system has the same people over and over on the same system.. I noticed it first when there was 8 entries from the same person in a row. All x99, all 4x titans.. Why is that suddenly allowed? I thought it only showed 1 entry, the highest and most up to date, out of all entries. Now it is flooded with multiple reports.

For you two, congrats on your high scores. It's awesome to see.

I was getting a bit bored so I decided to see how well my pot cools with just some ice cubes.  Can't wait to get my hands on some DICE.
L5520 1C/2T @ 2520MHz 1.25V (Anyone know a way to get this board to post with only 1C/1T? I remember I couldn't get my E757 to do it either.)

Bios idle temps

Load temps stayed very constant at 30-32c

I'm going to try and push my X5650 up to 4.8-5GHz later today and see if I can run any benches.
Edit: X5650 1C/2T @ 4.588GHz 1.45V
WPrime 32M Single Thread:
Peaked at 42c, but this is with a terrible mount.

Looks like it's working fairly good on just Ice in your Testing so far with 1C/2T, But Things will Heat up Quick running the X5650 fully enabled. Really need to get some DICE/Acetone to run Tests with All 6C/12T enabled.

With DICE/Acetone You should be able to get those Temps down to near -100F (measured at the Bottom Center of the Pot) similar to the -99.4F I reached with my Kingpin Dragon F1 Pot with my 5960X and Hopefully be able to capture a good CPU-Z Screen Shot as Shown Below.

Also Note that During my Actual Benchmarking Runs I couldn't run at 5.2GHz under Heavy Loads, So I Had to Lower the CPU OC to 5.0GHz to Finish the Tests.

A 5960X @ 5.2GHz, I can only dream of having one.
I'm just about to give it another try here in a few minutes with all cores enabled. I'll hopefully be able to get my hands on some DICE next weekend or the one after that, how much should I get anyway? I was thinking 5-10lbs or so.

I also snagged a modded and sub-zero prepped Asus P5Q-E, 2x 512MB Micron DDR2 and a bunch of LGA775 & 771 cpus to play with.

Sounds Good, I usually get about two 10lb slabs from Publix using my Igloo Cooler and break them up in small pieces to do my Testing.

Just make sure you use Acetone ( about 1" in your Pot) with the DICE in order to get the Lowest sub-zero Temps and use LOTS of Shop Towels around the Pot/MB and Memory areas to keep any fluids/Ice from falling onto components and causing a short circuit.

You won't Notice much Condensation on the Top and Bottom of the MB with just Ice Cooling, But I Guarantee When you use the DICE/Acetone Cooling at near -100C there WILL be Condensation that will form/extend from the CPU Socket Area including Underneath the Memory Module Slots on the Top and Bottom sides of the MB, But I'm SURE you have insulated out that far when you prepped the MB.

I haven't done the more detailed insulation since the LET I'm using is pretty old and doesn't work too well, so I'll need to pick some more up. And the socket still needs to be filled with die-electric grease, other than that's it's okay.
(I also put paper towels between the LET and neoprene).

Did a couple of runs @ 4.6GHz 1.4625V with all cores enabled, WPrime shot the temps up to 72c very quickly.  Definitely not doing that again on ice.

LOL, Yes I Knew the Temps would Skyrocket on just Ice Cooling under a Load with all Cores/Threads enabled.

You'll be pleasantly Surprised at How well the DICE/Acetone Cooling will Hold sub-zero Temps under Benching Loads whether you're testing multiple times with Wprime or running Fire Strike Benchmarks.

It's is kind of unfortunate that the Pot you have didn't have a hole drilled close to the bottom towards the center so you could use a K-Type Thermal Probe, But you could place one at the bottom outside pot/CPU area or even drop the probe down the inside of the pot to get a sub-zero reading of the cooling medium.

You should also be able to read the CPU temp (although Not extreme sub-zero temps ) on the EVGA ECP shown in your MB pic.

It does have a hole in the base for a probe, I just don't have one that's calibrated properly. My IR thermometer works ok for now though.

The water in the pot was about 1c idle and went up to 20c after running WPrime.

ANY K-Type Probe will be sufficiently Close to measure the actual bottom of the Pot sub-zero temps and if it's not too much trouble, I would go ahead and install one while you have the chance.

The Temps at the Bottom of the Pot will vary greatly with the actual CPU Temp between Idle and Load. On My "Normal" SS Phase Change Benching Setup, While the Evap Head Temps are showing -40C the actual CPU Temp shown on mu ASUS Rampage V Extreme remote OC Panel is -11C at Idle.
When under Benching Runs, The Evap temp still shows -40C to -38C, But during the Fire Strike Physics and Combined Tests the CPU Temps can rise to +20C to +22C under max CPU Load.

During This type of Testing, I can Now read the Actual CPU Temp on the ASUS Motherboard LED Readout since it is Above sub-zero.

I need to get some more DICE. my motherboard and one 780ti classified sit at the ready for testing.

I covered the entire motherboard, front and back, to make sure it didn't get condensation. I am also going to get the Oh as exchange fixed asap and get it back online.

Alright!, I've been waiting to see some of your results Scarlet.

Make sure to use Acetone, It makes a LOT of difference in Temps compared to straight Alcohol with the DICE.
