Geforce RTX 3070 Bottleneck

 I want to buy a Geforce RTX 3070 and according to pc-builds I would have a bottleneck of 8.27%. My question is if this is still ok or should I get a new CPU?
 
My PC Specs are:
 
CPU: Intel Core i7 7700K overcl. 4x 5.0GHz
Ram: 16GB DDR4-RAM PC-2666
 
PS: my Pc is almost 5 years old ^^

    It would be fine dude. You aren't going to notice an 8% bottleneck.

    Depends more on the resolution you play in. Much more important in 1080 than 4K. If you can get the GPU go for it. Worry about the CPU later.

    Um yeah , I wouldn't worry about an 8% bottleneck.... yet , unless you're going for high frames at 4K

    I'm a 1080x1920 Andi so a few people could say that a 3070 is exaggerated. but once i have it i don't want to have anything to do with graphic cards for the next 5 years.
