GeForce Hotfix display driver version 456.98 is based on our latest Game Ready Driver 456.71.

The hotfix addresses the following issues:
  • [Ampere]: Random flicker may occur in multi-monitor configurations when G-SYNC is enabled
  • Users may see a black screen when launching a game on a monitor using DSC (Display Stream Compression)
  • [Notebook]: On some Turing based notebooks, users may see a black window when playing back a video in a web browser
  • [For Honor]: Game will crash to desktop when launched on GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards
  • [Forza Motorsport 7]: Game may crash to desktop when starting a race

as expected , mostly fixes for the new 30xx series cards.

Wonder if all of us current 20xx series owners can kiss any decent game updates/ fixes  goodbye ? , now that the focus will remain on the new cards ...

Hi everyone, ps I'm new on this site.
I'm having a problem with my RTX 2070 super ultra
    This is what I have:
    Motherboard msi mpg z490
    Cpu i7-10700
    HD 2TB
    Power supply x3 ultra 1000 w
    Memory D10 ddr4 3600MHz 32 G
Here we go, I load mfs 2020 after it's loaded my system crash to restart the computer. All the hardware seems to be ok
I return a video card EVGA 2070 Super KA, for some reasond it did the same thing as my new one EVGA RTX 2070 Super ultra. If I swap my old EVGA GTX 1060 the game runs well. I even reload the game on a M.2 drive no luck
Could some one help me on this issue.
    Thanks in advance...

Might want to start a new thread instead of posting in a driver post.

With that said, it might be a power issue if it's good with a lower draw card. But you should start with these steps here (especially the DDU part): https://forums.evga.com/B...mode-etc-m2504606.aspx
