If you are using Windows 10 you don't need this hotfix. For Windows 7/8.1 only
 

his is GeForce Hotfix driver version 418.99 that addresses the following:
  • Windows 7x64/8.1x64: Fixes random application crash or TDR introduced in previous GeForce display driver 418.81.
