Hey guys,

I'm getting ready to redo the thermal compound on my GTX 970 and wasn't able to find out what the thickness of the stock thermal pads are on the VRM and VRAM so I can replace those as well.
Does anyone know this off the top of their head or know where I can find this information?

Thanks!

Hello imreloadin, and welcome to the forums! Generally we recommend a 1mm thermal pad; this is the same for most of our cards.

Thanks for the reply, would this be the thickness I'd need for both the VRMs and the VRAM as well?
