OSD isn't working on BF4 with XOC
It used to work with Precision X
(Just went from 760 to 1070.)

I am finding, When I connect to my Xbox one via the windows 10 app, It slowly shut's off the EVGA program, forcing me to reboot to be able to use it once more.

Clarification required:
Does the game only supported if it is in full screen mode, or the OSD should be visible in full screen windowed (on desktop) mode also?
If the answer is yes for the above then game doesn't working:
World of Warcraft (Legion latest, wow-64.exe, DirectX11 mode enabled)
Diablo 3 (Diablo 3.exe, directx9 afaik)
BF4 (Full screen windowed)
Warframe (64bit, Directx11 mode enabled)
Guild Wars 2
I only tried to add wow-64.exe to the precision server list with the add button, but then I saw it didn't work so I thought maybe its an exclusion list. :) If it isn't, then again the question. Do I need to add the game exe to the server list and then game restart required?

The new release of Ubisoft, Watch Dogs 2 does not support the OSD overlay. Up to date, I have no issue with the overlay in any other game of Ubisoft or not...Please try to update Precision X OC...would make our lives easier and help us ged rid of the ingame fps rate of Ubi...It is not helpful at all!! At least with the OSD we can monitor all the important stats of our graphics cards...The FPS rate is more like a bonus, if you compare it with all that info provided. Thank you in advance :)))

Precision XOC 6.0.9 GTX1070 FTW 376.19 OSD does not show in Rainbow Six Siege, the server is running in the tray though. Had the same problem with Witcher 3, where the solution was to disable the GoG overlay DLC. Disabling the overlay in Uplay doesnt work for R6S. Interestingly enough does the GeForce Experience FPS overlay work, no matter what. I would like to have the Precision XOC OSD not for FPS counter only, so GF Exp doesn't cut it. OSD does work in Shogun 2, Ethan Carter Redux and Beyond Earth even at the same time with Steam overlay FPS counter AND GF Exp FPS counter.  Update: OSD does also work in Assassins Creed III on Uplay, hence I don't think the Uplay overlay causes the problem with R6S. Update2: OSD does also work in Rise of the Tomb Raider in DX12, so i suppose DX12 itself is not the troublemaker either.

Everything was working great with the last update of 6.0.9 yet just today I was not able to get the OSD working on wolfenstein, watch dogs 2 and the division. I know the division has worked before and before 6.0.9 update was very touchy, and after worked great until just today.

BF1, Ark: Survival Evolved, and 7 Days to Die all do not have OSD. Also, even though I have Precision XOC set to start with Windows, it never seems to do so.

The OSD function is very unstable, it shows at launch but goes away during login.
Thanks for looking into this.
I'm still having the same problem with the OSD not showing for this game. One second it appears, the next it's gone. I'm even using the latest Precision XOC and they still haven't managed to fix this yet, or am I doing something wrong?

Is this thread still monitored by EVGA at all? Last official response is three months old. Last version of XOC is even older. C'mon EVGA, give us something? What bothers me most is Rainbow Six Siege... XOC is not only not working, it introduces some heavy lag while running in the background in Siege on input commands. Sometimes for example the character is moving in a certain direction for additional 2 seconds (not kidding) after the key has been released. I have to make sure XOC is completely closed before playing Siege. Has anyone experienced something similar?

It's weird because some games like CSGO seem to always work for me, while others such as Battlefield 1 only occasionally work. I really haven't pinpointed what I'm doing that's different, but if someone has figured it out please let me know.

I confirm what Bobmitch said. It does not work on Wildlands, it never appears on the corner like it use to. Had to set up the horrible but nicely working Afterburner... That would be great to have Precision XOC back. Actually, i just use it to monitor, not to tweak, so i guess its not that urgent... I give you a week
