I just got my 980Ti Hybrid the other day, it's amazing :) My first real high end graphics card, I recently built my first system after being into computers, specifically programming for quite some time. Anyway I was curious if you could somehow upgrade the AIO cooler in the card, say to a model with a 240/280mm radiator?
Also what are typical thermals under load while overclocked?
And with the step-up program I read that you will have to upload an invoice of the purchase, and I purchased this product through Newegg, would the email I received after purchasing the card be sufficient?

Also with Precision X, what the difference between Power Target and GPU Voltage? I'm trying to do some research online and figure everything out, sorry for my newness when it comes to this.

The invoice you received in the email should suffice. FYI your card does not qualify for the step-up program. But it is still a good idea to upload the invoice, it will speed up an RMA if you happen to need to do that. You may want to check but changing the radiator on that card may void the warranty. I couldn't tell you about temps with that particular card but I imagine they are probably quite cool considering it is under water.

I think that 240mm radiator is not necessary for graphic cards.
Companies build that for processors because they reach high temps after OC.
People didn't complain here on 80-85C with Hybrid cooler. They could OC graphic card depend of silicon temp is not problem.
Except with some extreme voltage, but I doubt 240mm radiator will help to many people, only use more space in case.
