A birdie at EK told me that they will not be making one, which is very surprising.  Unless, EVGA is releasing two classifieds, one with an ACX cooler and a hydro copper classified (by EK). 
 
This was the email.

Manually searching for the card doesn't produce any results. You have to use the link in this thread to see it.

Maybe full cover block from 980 Classified is compatible with GTX980Ti Classified.
This card will be competitor with ASUS Strix, MSI Gaming and GIGABYTE G1.
EVGA GTX980Ti K|NGP|N Classified will be competitor to Matrix, Lightening etc...
But it's very good because EVGA models with reference board usually offer higher clock than some of custom cards of other brands.

The back of the classified shown on the EU site is different than the back of the KPE by a good bit.

I received a fair amount of emails since the reply from one of our rep being posted here. 
 
For now, I don't have a firm answer to this question about the block for the 980Ti Classy.
There's currently discussions between EVGA and EK about it.
 
As soon as I personaly receive an answer, I will keep you updated here.

Thanks for clearing that up!  I think they will be releasing a classified with the EK block on it, like the hydro copper.  Again, to be clear, this is just an assumption I'm making.

well with all the drama and delay on the 980 classified and kpe waterblocks, am not surprised that EK has decided not to make WB's for this card. According to a post from akira on ocn forums other blocks for strix, gaming and G1 cards are already ready. So if you guys are looking to get a 980ti classy wb expect a 2-3month wait just like 980 ones.. Definitely giving guna pass these cards. The asus ones are looking good with the automated process. If only they did not have a warranty sticker on the screws.

Jacob, are Classy owners gonna be able to get some WC this time without having to wait for 6 months?  Any plans of an EVGA block since EK is apparently showing no love?

Turns out I actually have an account. Any love/news for UK/EU members? It's nice to have more choice than just OCUK.

Available where? EVGA's site shows it, but it's not available to purchase. Same with Amazon...

I think he means it's listed and available when in stock.  It's going to be very hard to get these cards, just like the hydrocopper and hybrid.
