I've had this card for quite some time now.  I just updated my monitor,  and the new one has HDMI only ports.  Ideally I'd like to connect it to an HDMI port on the card.   The card reports an HDMI connection in the NVidia control panel.   The manual says that there is one on the back of the card.   However,  when I look,  there's just two DVI ports and that's it.   No HDMI port.  No Display Port,  even. 
 
I look at pictures of the card on the site,  and the plate at the back of the PC looks totally different.  The one in the pictures shows all the ports I expected.
 
 
 
Is this something that is fixable by replacing the faceplate?   Did they come in versions without those ports?   Is there something I can do to add it back in somehow?

    What is the Part Number of your Card?
    Post a Photo of your Card Port Side.
    Your card has HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and Dual-link DVI Link
     
    Second Port from the Top is the HDMI Port, It may have a small Black Plug (Dust Cap) installed and you would need to remove it

    Same Second Port from the Top is the HDMI Port

    Bottom of the card from the Left to the right the second Port is the HDMI Port

    Please make sure that you have removed the dust cap from the port or you may miss it
