I just got my graphics card and from what i can see is that only one fan runs. The other one is just twitching like it wants to run but it cant. If i put 100% fan speed on the software only one fan speeds up. I've tried reinstall new drivers twice, re downloaded the software aswell. I'm just at a loss here. Should i just RMA the card or have i been missing something here?

Take out the card and check to make sure there isn't anything rubbing against the fan. Some people have had wires rubbing the fans. You could also try and spin it abit to see if you can get it started.

Welcome to the Forums kofferyman With the issue you are describing it is best to Call EVGA Technical Support As volunteers there is not much we can help you with; as this sounds like a mechanical/ electrical issue with the component

What happens if you use your finger to give the stalled fan a spin? Does it then start?
