Good day all,
I have some problems with my gtx 1080 ftw hybrid. The temperature seems a bit high for a hybrid card, during gaming it reaching to 76 deg Celcius running on stock clock. My case is NZXT s340 with 2 120mm fan input of air flow and 1 exhaust at the top plus the gpu is exhausting the heat at the back. The pump and fan is running. Does anybody encounter the same problem with me. Do I need to replace the thermal paste?

Something is definitely not right there, are you certain the pump is operating? Please give us a call 888-880-3842

The pump is quite silent and I can feel the flow on the tube hoses. Maybe it should be a little bit louder? I can't call you because i'm not from US

I would check the thermal paste as the card may have very little to none on it at all.

I will check it tomorrow, hopefully that is the case as I don't want to send it for RMA yet (no spare gpu)

Replying to my own thread to inform the issues has been solved. After submitting support ticket, the suggestion is to place the radiator ABOVE the graphics card with the tubing at the top of the radiator. Initially mine was above the graphic card, only the tubing is on the bottom part of the radiator. So that solve it for me by changing the orientation. I checked the thermal paste and it was adequately applied. Thanks to everyone.

Weird, my tubing on my 1080 Hybrid and now on my 1080Ti Hybrid is at the bottom, barely see it break 52c. I'm sure in the examples pictures it shows the tubing on the bottom too.

mine is at bottom of graphic card
at 1440p 144hz have temps between 45/50 with fans at 1100rpm in summer. on winter temps between 40/45. but i have modded my hybrid kit with 240 rad.
some people post temps at 1080p and the card is much more cooler its normal because at this resolution the card is almost idle :)
