Hi. I was trying some OC to this card. I know it´s a low end card that almost doesnt run anything. But since it´s hard to find good graphics cards at normal prices, we have to mess with something in the meantime :D

I´d noticed this card has some OC potential, but it´s severely limited by a 30W TDP. Tried to find other bios, but all seems to have the same 30W TDP. Even other brands.

Could evga provide a higher TDP bios? Something like 35 or 40W will be enough. I have the passive cooled one (02G-P4-6332-KR)

Thanks

I doubt you'll get any BIOS support for such an old and low-end model.

If you power the fan from another source, that will probably free up a watt or two.

Have you considered power-modding it? If I had it in front of me, I could probably figure out how and have it done within 30 minutes. I've power-modded many different random video cards, CPUs, or laptops. From this distance though, it is harder. I am having trouble with finding good clear PCB pictures.

Hi. Thanks for your answer. I know it´s old, but I guess it´s still under production. I saw a lot on stock on local shop some days ago.

Didnt find any good tutorial for power modding this card. Clock goes easily up to 2000mhz, but tdp bring it down to around 1600/1700. Probably could win over the RX550 with a little more tdp.

Maybe evga want to give us some bios fun to make the wait for other cards more fun

Interested in providing any good pictures of the front and back of the card?  Placing the back of the card on a high-quality scanner does great.  The front of the card, you would have to remove the heatsink to get a good scan, so it's up to you.  Just some good close pictures of the front of the card could be helpful.
