Scan UK Yes I registered the card with Evga and even purchased the extended warranty, yes followed that link, it still states the same ' Your Game request is awaiting approval. Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process.'

It does apply to the Super series as I got my code when I bought a 2080 Super.

This is super old, but when did the promotion end? I can't seem to find an end date. Mainly just curious because the promotion is still listed on the PSU I purchased a few weeks ago.
