Yeah, backup up my stuff and going completely fresh and testing the gpu before anything else to make sure it's not Windows/software related.

Okay basically after reinstalling my windows, it did not help. I tried the custom voltage curve but it will insta crash when benchmarking. Can someone help me with that? Maybe i can get it stable with that.

If you're not stable at stock settings, RMA the card. It won't get better. As an aside, while creative, your signature is nearly impossible to read even on a 50" 4K monitor.

Looks like the card can't handle its default clocks. Try underclocking the card to see if you can get it stable.

But that doesn't make any sense does it. Card should be at least stable at default and GPU Boost 3.0 should increase it a little, so is the K button. Might need to RMA this one right? I am very unsatisfied and actually sad about the fact that i had to wait 1,5 month to receive a bad gpu like this.

Sometimes when overclocking and running into problems it's good to go back to defaults even underclock so that you can make sure it's the overclock causing the problem. As you lower things to default or lower you should see it become stable.

At that point when downclocked it 200 less to make sure gpu boost won't mess it up.

I agree. You shouldn't have to downclock it at all. 1974-1987 when downclocked is a good result imo.

Any luck? I'm getting ready to get my third 1080Ti FTW3. Whenever the card is under "load" it crashes. All I'm doing is playing FFXIV in 4k max setting while game streaming on YouTube. I've tested and used a ASUS 780Ti, EVGA 1080 x2 in SLI, EVGA 980Ti, EVGA 1050Ti in my system and I've had no issues at all, besides maybe turning the graphic settings down some in my game from max to standard for FPS or tearing. When talking with EVGA they say the 1080Ti is stressing my system out and causing my other components to malfunction....though when my screens go black and I stop receiving inputs from the GPU, I can unplug and plug my monitors back into the GPU and the screens go back to normal, but the sound reverts back to the monitors instead of my headset. I also have to reboot the system because it will continually crash. Again, I've tested 5 other GPUs in the system with no issues from them. EVGA said they will be stress testing the new card before it is sent out. The only thing I'm being told is that the 1080Ti FTW3 is basically too powerful for the rest of my components to run correctly. Here is my set up: ASUS Mark1 Z270 mobo, i7-7700k cpu, Hyper Fury 2400MHz 16GB (4x4) ram, Corsair AX1200i psu, Samsung pro 250GB SSD for Windows 10 Pro.

I completely forgot about this thread. Yes many luck, got my 3rd FTW3 now and it's a well overclocker. Besides this, your setup should be good enough to run the 1080Ti. There are other people with worse PC setups and run the card flawless.
Did you check what the temps of the components are? Maybe the PWR or VRM is too hot and will trigger something.
