GPU Fan 2 not spinning

Hi,
Recently i bought Graphic Card EVGA GTX 1660 Super SC Ultra and i just realized when i looked up into evga precision x1 software on monitoring tab, the GPU Fan #2 is not spinning while i'm gaming and the temperature hit to 80 degrees, is this normal ?
