Does anyone know of a BIOS editor tool thats available and works with 20 and 30 series RTX cards?
 
I want to set a permanent under-volt and OC.  Precision X1 does the trick but I'd rather set it for good in the BIOS.
Is this possible to do?

ROG Z790-APEX : 13900KF (RTX4080)

    Only nvidia and aib's have access to such tools.

    I see. Way back there were tools available to end users to do this. I've been searching and couldnt find anything for last several gens.

    The BIOS is signed and encrypted. Without knowing the keys, you can't modify the BIOS without the driver detecting it and locking it down.
