temps were not climbing after 145 minutes on air.
what about that pwm temp of 72c? what is critical with pwm temps

this is Fritzmark 4600mhz x 12 with Hyperthreading off.

More pics, still playing

I can keep the cpu temps safe at 4600mhz, but the pwm temps are high. Of course with chess we dont use video cards.
Watching your SSD testing with your updates, Joe.
will sell mine on ebay soon and start another build.

Thanks to EVGA, this has been fun,

    Nice OC!

My PWM on one rig runs 65c no problems, and on another 80c no problems - fully stable. I think they are rated for very high temps.

CPU-Z is reporting x5667 (a 4 core CPU) but also shows 6 cores -which is correct?

    Nice OC!

CPU-Z is reporting x5667 (a 4 core CPU) but also shows 6 cores -which is correct?

The PWM temps worry me. My pwm temps will hit about 70c and then stop climbing.
The x5667 is a four core, which was the final release.
Mine are x5667es as noted in cpuid. The x5667 engineering samples are 6 core.

    thanks for PWM info
