How long does it take to know if you recieve the mousepad? Also, I'm confused on the invoice upload. Is a screenshot ok? Or did it have to be some super specific file type? I just used a .png. Thanks!

You might want to resend it under a file type listed in the FAQ to be safe.

I put my request in Friday evening... by Monday end of day I had my approval.  Make sure you've uploaded your invoice when you registered.

Just got the Torq X10 delivered today but I'm missing the weights.  I put in a couple of my old G5 weights for now untill I contact CS.  As for the mouse itself, it's very nice and seems to be well built.

Maybe you dropped the weights when opening, like I did. They were kind of hidden, silver weights in a clear bag with clear plastic. This is just a maybe :(


 
I submitted for a mouse pad and one day later it says waiting approval. Hope I'm not too late. I don't think so...
Another said it took several days.
 
This mouse is quite nice, still trying to get used to a $$ mouse instead of my $12 gaming mouse XD
Software is easy to use, glide is very smooth, grips included if needed, replacement sliders, weights, height adjustment, colors options are nice (Green :))
 
Ty EVGA and Newegg for this intro pricing. Some of us were skeptical to buy a mouse sort of blind. A few youtubers reviewed it but not in any great depth.
I'll post a full review in a week or so.

Got approved for the mousepad a few days ago, waiting for them to ship it. I really love the mouse so far, I have the lights pink with the backlight on my keyboard pink and it looks very nice. Mouse feels very high quality very happy with it. A tip for anyone trying to put weights in, when you are taking the top off it works better for me to apply pressure on the front pushing it backwards and the top will come off with ease, no need to pull up on the back.

**** I pre-ordered my mouse, received it Monday, uploaded invoice and submitted request that day. NO REPLY. Hope I didn't miss the 2000 :(

I received my mouse pad today.  I must say I'm impressed with the pad.  I'm also impressed with the size.  So impressed I'm going to ask you to manufacture an EVGA desk so I can fit this humongous mouse pad on the desk.  My current desk is alas, now no longer a serviceable unit.

Yup, same.

I just got mine...coming from a cloth mouse pad this one took a little bit to get used to. It's a lot easier to glide across the pad now
