I let my i5 run out of tasks for some dopey reason but filled it up again. I also tried to make you guys a pie and that didn't work out so good so I've decided to look in the beer fridge for another idea.
 
I've noticed some 16 hour tasks in the queue.

Let the stalled WUs run an actual 24 hrs no change from previous image posted.(If it shows for you)All attempts were tried several times over the remaining 13 hours I let them run.  I had suspended them, restarted BOINC and allowed them to run= No change. I suspended them and restarted my P/C = No change. So I aborted them and dropped Yoyo for now, apologies, was wasted time + excess heat and energy on my P/C and frustration for me.

Agreed this is a tough project to run. I've aborted all tasks that haven't started and of the running tasks many are 10-12 hours in and @ 20%. They have until Monday AM to finish and then off to the POTM.
 
We came in 5th, out of medal contention and would have to have more than tripled our output to get the bronze. Congrats to TeAm Anandtech who jumped out of gate quickly and never looked back, striking gold.

Seems like the last few days have been a complete waste with this project.  Unless this is how it is suppose to be..

Part of the next sprint and all of the third sprint fall within the next PrimeGrid Challenge. Should be interesting. Maybe PrimeGrid will be chosen as one of them.

I fired up some GPUs for Einstein.
I almost bough a new Gygabyte GTX1080 on sale for 419$ I was so so tempted.
Was able to hold off long enough to go back and look and it was sold out!! Whew!!!
Bough way too much hardware in the last few weeks without selling enough to cover it.
Just got two more Xeon E5-1650 CPUs (same as an i7-3960k) 75$ each for the Asus P9x79 WS boards I just bought.
 
Going to have a fire sale here pretty soon.
I have my eye on a new Gibson SG guitar I want to pick up.
My son-in-law just custom built me a telecaster guitar for xmas.
He built it from scratch and even wound the pickups, he wound a hot humbucker for the bridge and a single coil for the neck.
With the switches to get the tone needed out of the pickups for what I am doing at the time.
It is a beauty, even tried to matched (close) the color of my Teal SVT Mustang.

No wonder it takes so long to get credit after finishing these (Einstein)....some are buried from 600-4500 deep on peoples P/Cs running 1 GPU that I completed days ago..........


I got a lot of tasks by changing pref's to 1 additional day's worth. Haven't counted them but seems like a lot more than that.  Maybe when bunkers are released you'll see a spike in credit.

Running Einstein in full force now, and yes the validation pending list fills up very quickly even without people bunkering.
