Hi,
 
 my registered product accident and then i couldn't re-register it anymore with error "This serial number has already been registered"
 
 i was wondering if there is anything I could do to fix it? i tried to edit it but was unsuccessful in finding a way to edit. Could you guys re-register my product to my account? Thank you.

    once you have unregistered a product - you can't re-register that serial number --> Customer Service can Help you fix this

    Sorry i typed wrong. After sending an e-mail about rma, the video card was automatically deleted from the system. Warranty wasn't over yet and my all support tickets deleted from the system.

    Still CS "EVGA Employees" are the only people that can help
     
    Note: if RMA is complete - "usually" CS changes your serial number to match the replacement

    Contact EVGA. They are the only ones who can help you with product registration and support ticket issues. Moderators are not EVGA employees.
