you would want to get pictures' of both gpu boards and compare them for any difference. Contact Ek customer support and ask if their waterblock would work with GPU that you are purchasing. I can tell you that a 3070 waterblock  will not fit the 3070 ti card without modification. I could not find any actual info on the part number you provided most gpu's end in KL,KR, and RX. I am guessing BH is for a different country or made for a particular vendor Regardless if you go to mount a waterblock, you have to test fit and make sure the block only makes contact with thermal pads and gpu die. When the EK FTW 3070 waterblock was released it was listed to fit both the 3070 and 3070ti but after customers had problems they released a block for the 3070 ti FTW due to a change in board design. Some shops Like ModMYMods will install a waterblock for a fee As an owner of a 3070 ti i recommend a gpu with more Vram. The 3070 ti FTW was the most expensive card i ever purchased and the biggest disappointment. Good Luck
