3080: Issues Graphics glitchy

Have a EVGA 3080 video card. I used to play games at 3840 with no jerkiness.. For the past 2 days all games that were fine, are having the same issue. If I reduce it to 2560 it works fine. 
Power Supply is also EVGA 850 Watt
 
Any suggestions how to test?

    Have you tried using windows system restore to restore your pc back to a day when everything was working correctly? If no, give that a shot.

    Load the latest NVIDIA GPU driver.
