I have an item in the cart. When I go to checkout, I get a popup with this message:

Error: Sorry! We can't ship to the address you requested.
Please contact EVGA Sales Department at 1.888.881.EVGA (3842)


I called the number and spoke to someone. They see on their end that I'm trying to order, but no error number.
Try different browsers. Try from another connection. Try from phone. Nothing works...what else?

The shipping address pulls up automatically when clicking on go to checkout and it's the same in my profile.
I have checked many times that the address is correct.

Try a different address... to test it. neighbours house ...mom's house...just to see if error pops up.
 
You may have a slight error in your address...132nd st is really 132 St ...or a comma instead of an period.
If you are using autofill it can sometimes cause  an error. Type everything in carefully...no extra spaces..

EVGA Support got back to me and fixed how my address is supposed to be filled in.
Of course, when I was going to do the purchase again, the product that I wanted is no longer available.
