I have a 3080 ftw3 Ultra. I have been using Precision X1 with no problems until today. I just installed Windows 11. It took forever to get PX1 to remember my profiles after setting them up as well as booting on start up. Several reinstalls of PX1.

So my issue is this. I can set custom profiles and fan curves. I save them and load on demand with no problems. I have set one profile to always run at 90% on all fans. It works fine until I open a game. The fans then completely ignore my profile and either go above and beyond or dip down in RPM. If I alt tab, no issues. But as soon as I am back in the game, it does it all over again. I have disabled game mode in windows 11 and same with xbox game bar, and I am at a loss. Any info/help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Set all fans manually to a static speed before playing your games. Exit px1 before starting your game. Problem solved.

Sajin has the short answer, but you shouldn't need to quit PX1, especially if you want the overlay and/or hardware monitoring/logging.
This is interesting. I've never had that happen.
Are there any other programs running that might interfere with PX1's settings/control fans in the system? PX1 isn't going to know if you're running a game or not (OSD will, but it doesn't control your fans).
Also, how are your Hardware Monitor settings within PX1?
