Hi everyone, I bought the Nu Audio Pro last year but my motherboard PCI slot was bad so I couldn't use it. I just upgraded to a new motherboard and can't find the connector between the main card and the secondary audio card.
I believe that is why the RGB on the card doesn't light up, is that right or is it something that should automatically light up?
I asked eVGA to buy a cable and they said, "We don't have one, check back in a month". At least let me know what it is!
Anyone here know what's going on?

The main card should be functional without the surround card connected. Make sure that you've connected a SATA power cable directly from your PSU, not through a 4-pin Molex adapter.

As stated in the EVGA FAQ, the inter-card cable is mini-DisplayPort. For an example of something that might work (I haven't tried), look up "B09XK893D8" on Amazon.

I found the cable; Geek Squad installed everything and I guess didn't know where to put the cable, so I put it in and it still doesn't light up.  :/

    Warranty time?

That is the most common reason people have that problem. The card needs 3.3v power, and only a legit actual SATA connector will work.
