Which Currency is EVGA B-Stock?

I live in Canada, and I was looking at EVGA B-Stock.
The prices are really good if it's in Canadian dollars
but if it's in USD, the currency conversion makes them mediocre
 
So I'm just wondering if EVGA automatically does currency conversions
