literally just need it to set my leds to purple and leave it lol its giving me this error in the admin error view window

and then a bunch of stuff i control through ICUE ive tried the .net fix but that didnt do anything signal rgb doesnt do anything what am i missing this software is dog water itll open the splash screen and close
 I am using the trident z software to sync to armory crate which controls my mobo color and then Icue can technically do stuff with armory crate but i havent really used it
and im on windows 10 education

i tried that and went through the troubleshooting page on the forums for uninstalling it completely, repairing the c++ redist, using ddu and then i went through and reinstalled everything as described and nothing my card doesnt even show up in the stand alone led sync program
could it be something that is interfering with it as i have armory crate tridentz ram and plugin for aura sync and then the required stuff for ICUE this is so frustrating just to change a couple of leds
 

nothing made sure to enable perms and what not unless i have to go back and redo the c++ and ddu part cause i clear uninstalled the previous version of precision

so did that all again here is the event log i dont understand what could be going on does precision x1 require that software like afterburner and other led softwares be uninstalled prior to installing it

No this is my first time installing an evga card into this particular build that required the use of precision x1 I’m just perplexed as to why it is just like lol nah not going to run

UPDATE HOLY ****!!!! SO I ENDED UP DOWNLOADING Version 1.1.0.9 for 30 Series ONLY AND IT JUST OPENED LIKE NOTHING I WANNA SCREEAAAAAAAAAAM

I had a bad experience with ASUS Armoury Crate that forced me to reinstall Windows. Armoury Crate kept getting stuck while installing.  It literally broke Windows 11: I couldn’t system restore or anything.  After looking at some error logs, I suspect that it was conflicting with Precision during the install process.  This thought was further reinforced after I googled ASUS software issues.  Something was conflicting for control or over a process, I have no idea what. 


I gave up trying to install any ASUS software as I can control my MB’s lights in bios. 

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally got it to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Turns out! It had nothing to do with other RGB software but entirely on the version of Precision x1 you install! I didn't contact support but im lazy and just started downloading random versions after i found the last version specifically for 30 series to work. The version that i found to work right out the bat with led control despite not installing led sync is EVGA Precision X1_1.1.5.0 i have no clue why this is and youll probably have to make sure that you go through prior troubleshooting to ensure it but holy cow i can finally rest
