1080 FTW edition not powering on.

My EVGA stopped turning on, could it be a power issue? 
Ive tried to open a support ticket but have not heard back from anyone yet. Nothing is sadly posting with the card.

    ddr 4- 16 gig Gskillz
    Corsair 850 power supply.
     I have another 1080 Gigabyte that works perfectly in the system so I do have another video I can test with it.

    If the other card works in the system then it’s the video card that is the issue.

    Yes so im waiting for a ticket for EVGA , I still have yet to hear a response form them yet

    Depends on how busy they are, but if you want the fastest response possible I would call them instead of waiting on a ticket reply.
