My question is:
How long does it take before EVGA picks up my package?
For 2 days now it says: "The shipment has arrived at pickup point.", thus waiting for EVGA to pick it up.
I have returned my card for step-up, and in addition to the postage to be very slow, EVGA seems to be slow on their side as well...
So if you want to use the step-up, you should return it at once your payment has been confirmed, or else you can easily go over the time limits.
Even if I sent the package right away after I got the payment confirmation, the 14 days limit is approaching fast.
("You will receive instructions to send your product in, and you will have 14 (fourteen) business days to do so after your payment is verified.")

OK, your RMA is to the EU office So, your saying it has cleared Customs ? - or, that might be where it needs to be picked up ? I've seen posts about slow go in EU & Customs system ... hope you get an update soon

Yes, it seems to have cleared customs
From the shipment status page:
- The shipment has been sorted and forwarded. 24 January 08:23 - FRANKFURT/FLUGHAFEN , Germany
- The shipment has cleared export customs. 24 January 08:22 - FRANKFURT/FLUGHAFEN , Germany
The last entry is:
- The shipment has arrived at pickup point.

Finally, it was delivered the "last mile". For my step-up from 3080 to 3080ti, my dates are thus as follow (Living in Norway, sending to German branch) (In date format MM/DD/YYYY): - (Step 1) EVGA Step-Up RMA Request: 7/11/2021 - (Step 2 + 3) Step-Up Queue completed and approved: 1/14/2022 - (Step 4) Payment confirmed (Edit: And card sent the same day): 1/17/2022 - (Card) Received (Edit: I.e. EVGA Germany has receiveed my 3080 for inspection): 2/2/2022 - Estimated Ship Date: 2/7/2022
