I went to attach the fan headers to my card today and noticed what appears to be a bend in the card? Is that normal? I have a sag bracket installed, which I installed when I initially put the card in the machine. The card isn't sagging.

I cut a piece of paper and the backplate is flat.

Many cards are so heavy that they will sag like this.

That sag bracket doesn’t look to be doing much, if anything, for the card, and may be scratching the face of the card.

Your best bet may be to get a support for the end of the card, that actually holds it up on the end rather than using the pci slots that are trying to support the card and the bracket you have.

There is a rubber piece making contact with the bottom of the card.

    The card isn't actually sagging.

I laid my PC horizontal for a while and it was still the same. I took a ruler and measured from the bottom of the glass and the back plate is at the same height from the front to the back so I guess it's an optical illusion?

Maybe use a level to check? I wouldn't be surprised if it's not just the way you are looking/took the picture though.

What is your concern? The PCB is mostly copper, and its true purpose is to let electricity get from one place to another. From that perspective it makes no difference if its perfectly ruler-straight or not. Electricity does not care about such things, and it wont harm its performance, functionality, or reliability in the slightest.
If you care for an extreme example of this from a renowned source, check out this video:

If you only care because of a visual/aesthetic point of view, then it may arguably be an issue, but then the question becomes what you are willing to do about it. Are you willing to do without your card for days/weeks to get a replacement shipped out that may (or may not) be slightly better in that regard?

I don't believe its part of EVGA's specs/guarantee that every cards PCB is straight to any form of measurement, so you don't really have grounds to consider it 'faulty', if they agreed to RMA it for that then they would only be doing so to be nice. But even if the replacement is 'perfectly' straight when you get it, gravity and thermal expansion follows their own rules, and it won't be like that forever.

Not having a go, just wondering where you are coming from here. From my personal perspective, if it does what it was designed to do (reliably and quickly render 3D graphics) then I'd be happy with that.

Yeah as best I can tell it's an optical illusion.

I'm just making sure there isn't anything wrong with it. Physical damage isn't covered by the warranty, so if something was going wrong with it I'd rather have it taken care of sooner rather than later.

People need to not obsess so much over this stuff. I can't even figure out what the concern is from looking at the picture. Looks totally normal.

I can see the GPU sag.  I guess because it's got a bracket and it's still sagging?

It looks like it has sag, but it actually doesn't. I guess it's an optical illusion or something.

ITS DUE TO THE WEAK support of the slot bracket in the back almost looks like there is a gap in the pcb and the cooler in the back

I set my pc horizontal for a day and it looked the same. The card is in there solid, so I don't see your point.
