Do we have an estimate on when mastercard payments will work again. I am trying to extend my warranty for my new card but the transactions are declining and paypal isn't a payment option for warranty extensions only visa/mastercard. Can EVGA generate a paypal invoice in the meantime?. I can't imagine what it be like for other poor souls who get notified their card is available to purchase only to not be able to check out.

I am in the same boat here. I've emailed EVGA and hope to get an answer on Monday. I'm not sure what to do here.  I had to use a paypal wallet to purchase my 3050 and now I'm unable to buy the extended 5 year warranty.  There is no paypal option, a little frustrated to be honest, this is going on now for 2 months.

Hmm, I bought my extended warranty last week with a Mastercard. Are you sure it wasn’t your card declining the transaction? Have you tried another card?

I don't see how this is relevant specifically to RTX 30 series cards.  Maybe this post needs to be moved elsewhere?

When I called EVGA last Monday, the customer rep told me there were problems with mastercard transactions and told me to go the paypal route.

Mastercard worked for me last week when I paid for my 3090 step-up. I had to call the card company to make sure they allowed it though (it was declined at first).

    Dear Boloburn,

I can confirm that our credit card processing system is working as it should at this time.  I have looked into the cause of your concern and I can confirm that it is the credit card company or bank is declining your requests.  I recommend to contact them and please do not hesitate to email me directly at cbencivenga@evga.com if you should need further support.
