Possible to change step-up product to another series?

Hi,
I step-upped my 3070 for a 3080, however I'd like to upgrade it instead to a 3090, is it possible to change if I'm on Step 3? (Payment)

    Hello! If you are still within 90 days you can cancel and change to another part number but we cannot move your queue to another part number. If you have not made payment that should be fine. If you did we can cancel and refund and you can start on the new part number but only if you are not beyond 90 days.

    Aww, that's unfortunate. Thank you very much. I've been trying to make payments on the step-up, but it doesn't seem to be accepting any card I use.

    If it is a Mastercard this is a known issue if it is unable to authenticate. Give us a call tomorrow so we can look in to this. 888 881 3842
