3080Ti FTW Hybrid temps jumped

Was getting 60-65C gaming, now 75-80.  Idle is still 28C but GPU temp and Mem temp is up about 15 degrees.  No strange pump noises.  Seems like the fans don't really move air, even at 100%.  
I've tried changing airflow, but nothing seems to help. 
Guess my next step is to stick some noctua fans on and see what happens.  Had the card since mid June.

    If all the temps jumped then I would suspect an issue with the pump or more generally a flow issue unless one of the fans is not really spinning as fast (or at all).

    Found the issue was related to the PC case sometimes impeding one of the rad fans.  Resolved with 6 $0.05 washers.

    Not bad to fix a PC issue for 30 cents
