3060 ti missing package with UPS ( Any Advice? )

On Sep 13, I received an email about my position in Que for a 3060 ti. Today is the day it should be delivered, but the tracking progress stated it was still in California. I contacted UPS, and they confirmed it is missing.
 
Not entirely sure what to do here. But what I have done so far is:
 
  • UPS confirmed the package was missing. They helped file a claim. Waiting on that.
  • Contacted EVGA via the contact form at evga.com/about/contactus
 
I would much rather get a replacement than a refund for apparent reasons. Does anyone have advice on what I can do on my end as this process unfolds?

    Wait for a reply from EVGA. But seeing as they didn’t lose it, you will more than likely have to wait for the determination in the claim with UPS before any real steps can be taken by EVGA. I’m sure EVGA will need resolution on your claim before they do anything be it replace or refund.
