3070 XC3 Ultra 3rd fan randomly spins

Hello, I have a 3070 XC3 Ultra and the third fan randomly clicks on for less than a second. It does this at idle temps around 36 or 37 I've noticed. Most of the time it doesn't even register on X1 when doing this but occasionally fan 3 will read 39RPMs. It just seems weird to me for it to click on at such low temps. I haven't adjusted any fan curves or any settings via X1. It's a really irritating sound like an old hard drive spinning.

    my fan 3 does this after exiting low demand games such as quake 1 or minecraft, it will contiue to click on and off over and over again  3080 ti

    Best thing to do would be to set a static fan speed at idle, and then set a static fan speed when you game.
