Hi my system wont boot. My Motherboard has Asus's Q code and it stops at 94. 94 in the q code table says PCI bus Enumeration
specs:
Asus x570 Strix-e
Evga 3080 ultra gaming
ryzen 3900x
32gigs 8x4 ram
2 m.2(1 1TB WD black, 1 250g 970 evo)
850w evga g3
CPU and GPU on a water loop.
Things i have done:
1.pulled out m.2 /w 3080 
2.power plugs reseated.
3.ram reseated.
4. Replaced 3080 with 3060 /w no ssd(got into bios)
5.Replaced 3080 with 3060 /w ssd(got in to windows)
6.put back 3080 (Qcode 94)
 
i have already RMA the 3080 and i don't believe there is any problems with it.

You’re running the latest bios?

im not sure. what ever the bios was/is when i got it. the box says 5000 ready. should i try updating it?

i updated the bios to 4021, and q code 94 still persists. i have also no put a 1070 into the pc cuz im using the 3060 on my second pc. im gonna try and put the 3080 in the second pc to test it. 
would it be fine if i put it in and turn it on without water flowing through the block. for a short time.

Running it for a short period to confirm video is fine.

Bad news for me i guess, the 3080 on my second pc and it doesn't put out a video on both hdmi and dp, and vga light stays on and loops. 
 
Does EVGA allow a RMA of a already RMA card.

interesting i'm running into a similar issue.  3080ftw3  was working fine and then all the sudden system would freeze and force a reboot.  Then all the sudden computer wont boot at all end the VGA led light stays on and bios never comes up.  After many power cycles it will finally boot and work for a while and same thing happens.  Pulled out the card and put it into another computer I have and it works fine for a little while and then same thing wont boot no bios no beep and VGA led light comes up.
