Support has been phenomenal every time I've gone through this, and the RMA process has been very simple and straightforward. No problems there.
I am experiencing mild artifacts and black screen flickering. This is how it always starts. It's only been a month since I got the new card and it has worked with zero issues up until now.
Here is an event dump of what happened this morning:

Here are details about my setup:
Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z590-A
CPU: Intel i7-11700K
Memory: Neo Forza DDR4 32GB 3600
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 7200RPM
NVME: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB, WD_Black 1TB
PSU: EVGA Supernova 1000 P6, 80 Plus Platinum 1000W
I am open to it being a problem on my side. That would be preferable, but when I went through the RMA process, we did extensive troubleshooting before inevitably approving the RMA. The previous card was tested on another machine and failed to work. My PSU is new and shows no other issues. If I need to replace components or even the whole machine, I will. I do not want to throw money at this problem if it is an EVGA issue.
I want to investigate this issue before the GPU stops working.
I will copy and paste the various things I have attempted from the ticket history of other RMA's.
Tried multiple DP cables
Tried HDMI cable
Plugged into iGPU instead (successfully worked)
Checked PSU cables
Tested backup GPU (1060 6GB) (successfully worked)
Tried turning on without video cables plugged in and gpu psu cables connected, then powered down, and re-plugged in everything.
Tried DDU and full re-install of GPU drivers
Confirmed BIOS is updated
Tried with other machine and GPU failed to work
