Gtx 1080 ftw hybrid making extremely loud electrical buzzing sounds!

I have had this 1080 for over a year, and the radiator was above the card and tubes on top, never had any problems.
Then I moved it to a new case where I put the radiator on the bottom. When I turned the PC on it made an extremely loud buzzing noise, and even when I put the radiator above the GPU, it doesn't stop the noise. Please help, how can I fix this?

    Could just be air stuck in the pump https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045227371-How-to-Fix-rattling-or-bubbling-sounds-in-AIO-cooler
     
    If the above doesn't help then it might be a faulty pump, or coil whine.

    I think you have a faulty pump.  I get some grinding on my 5+ year old H90 and bubbling when started from a cold boot, otherwise it runs very quietly once it gets going.  Who knows when it will fail but for now it is still doing an excellent job on the cooling front.
