I never use it. I unselect it every time there is a new driver install. I feel it is more less bloatware being offered. Maybe it benefits a small percentage of SLI users, who setup game SLI profiles with it.

Ye I only really use it to do quick and easy driver updates, aside from that I find it annoying.  If I'm ever recording game clips these days I'm using Windows + G.

Seems some people prefer their manual updates instead of geforce experience.

As a personal preference I use it, because it is more convenient. I hardly think it can provide a noticeable impact on performance.

I use it for the initial/quick game settings, mainly. Their per-game optimizations are a good starting point for really tweaking the per-game settings, or you can even leave them as-is, depending upon how lazy you are.
I've also been enjoying the Ansel/photo modes as well as the performance metrics and automated OCs lately.
I really don't see any features as "bloatware". I don't see how it can even follow the very definition of the word, personally.
I've measured it's overall system impact many times over the years, especially when specifically testing it, and it's quite negligible on any systems I've tested it on.
Of course, one big system hit is having multiple overlays active in-game (GFE, Steam, Discord, Origin, etc.), so minimizing the number of them active is a must.

I use it pretty regularly, between shadowplay and streaming to my shield tv its been nice to have, just annoying when it forgets my login info.

I've never found a need for it. Anything I need to do I can do without it. I'm in the camp that it's bloat.

I used it once when I cleaned a bit to much in safe mode.
OS wouldn't recognize my gpu anymore it worked for that.
otherwise I keep all unnecessary things off the os. Like riva
tuner but that's just personal opinion. The less I see in task manager
    the better.

Same as most of the people here. I just do the minimal driver installation as I have never seen a huge difference with gforce experience installed and like to limit tasks running in the background.
