rmorse27:  I believe you may have already tried the tilting, gently shaking, etc.  I have had bubbles where I had the case almost upside down to get bled out; time and language final got it.  I included some stuff below as a PSA for any new custom loop builders who may see this thread and I hope you do not mind.  An acquaintance just did the leak test into a powered PSU in their system.  The result of which is going to be very expensive.

Try tilting your case slowly to the left (as in your photo) to get the air bubble to move.  You may have to go in several directions, the object is to get the bubble to high side and on the way through your system to the reservoir.  I would disconnect everything from the power supply except the pump and use the 24 pin jumper.

If you have an extra PSU (old PSUs are perfect for leak testing and situations like this, use that, placed well outside the case with the jumper.  Then you do not have to disconnect the cables in your system except the pump.  It also is a safety factor if something leaks, it is not going to leak into a powered up PSU.  Ensure you have a clear area and try tilting.  It may take some time.

Have you tried laying your case on it's back and tilting slightly with and with out the pump running to try and get the bubble to move to the outlet port?
Has there been any change in the bubble size as you have been running it?
Since you are using soft tubing, you may be able to disconnect the GPU from your vertical mount and gently move it to various angles to get the "*@^&$%()%" bubble to move toward the outlet port.

maybe try to keep the GPU parallel to the ground until the water gets in. after that you can re orient your gpu
