Im having issues making Custom lighting Effects, the color wheel doesn't show up when trying to choose a color in the Custom tab but I can select a color when using the Preset tab options.

I have tried all of what you said and the color wheel still doesn't show up, I even when through removing any EVGA folders I could find.

I would suggest trying on a different system if possible. Sounds like some sort of software conflict.

What keyboards did you use before and did you uninstall it’s software?

My previous was a Razer Cynosa v2, I've removed razer synapse and checked if I had any other programs that were running that affect RGB but didn't.

do a reset of the app, or it has something to do with drivers.

I also have this problem. The color picker does not work in the custom layer editor. It works elsewhere.

For any one who finds this thread, and is having the issues, I found out the problem. Apparently EVGA LED Sync does not play nice with EVGA UNLEASH RGB (go figure). So you need to uninstall LED SYNC. You could have installed it separately, or like myself, along with precision X1. Once I uninstalled, I reset UNLEASH RGB as pointed out above, for safe measure, and my custom profiles were working again! You might need to restart the computer and/or reinstall UNLEASH RGB. found the answer below, seems like EVGA knows about it, but still no fix yet as I just ran into/solved this problem: https://forums.evga.com/FIXEDCustom-lighting-not-working-on-k20-with-unleash-rgb-version-1031-m3220712.aspx

I'm having this issue as well. For custom, the static on effect, the color wheel doesn't show up and all I get is red for all keys.
Also, not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but for preset, all settings have colors that I cannot adjust, e.g. breathing, pulse, I can only use the random button to change them.

Initial thoughts on EVGA peripherals? I tend to stick with corsair but if I can get 100 posts before tomorrow I might buy some more gear just out of thankfulness.

I feel bad for spamming these 100 posts. I hope everyone understands we would like to obtain new computer hardware for gaming just as much as everyone else and this is the best current option.
