EVGA gtx 1070ti microstutter

I’m having microstutter issues after i updated the driver but one time during the driver update i saw the gpu began to artifact with static and popping noise. It can be usable but microstutter is making things harder for me to use in games and other applications. i have dual boot and it does that in the os well too. i tried to use a different motherboard, i tried doing ddu , i tried to use higher power psu from 500w to 550w , tested my ram and changed it ans switched it back to original ram . and it still has the microstutter issue on the hardware issue , is there any way i can start an RMA on this because it’s been 3 years old .


i’m in a market for a new one but i’m rma on this graphics card but i need the code too .

    If the card is out of warranty it's out of warranty. Nothing EVGA can do about it. Did you check and see in your products page if it still is covered under warranty? If it's says "Out Of Warranty" under your products page, you're out of luck and no RMA can be done.

    Then just simply go your "details" page under your products and select "START NEW RMA" and it'll guide you through the steps required.

    i started a rma few days ago and sent the shipment and it says it’s delivered yesterday , how long will it take for it to update the rma status to be delivered? and i think they will probably give me an newer replacement like rtx 2060 or 2070 ?

    Have you considered communicating with EVGA directly and asking them? We cannot answer that.
