Hi, I'm from Russia, everything I write has been translated into English by a google translator.
I got a problem, I bought an RTX 3070 in the USA, and upon arrival in Russia, I am having problems playing, LiveKernelEvent 141.
Games freeze, crash, the computer may restart. Tried DDU and reinstalling windows, doesn't help.
In particular, Warzone crashes constantly. If I start the game afterwards in safe mode and do not change anything in the graphics except the resolution, then everything is fine and I can play for hours, but why then did I buy a 3070, I want to play at ultra settings.
Who has any options? It will no longer be possible to hand over the video card back to the store.

There is no overheating of the component.
Power supply 750w 80 plus bronze. MSI z490 motherboard.

you need to list all your entire system specs... just like what is in my signature.
then tell us, if it goes into a black screen / shutdown...or a blue screen. ?
Do you get any windows error messages pop up ?
Usually when an entire system just shuts off/ restarts - it means it is a power issue.
My guess right at this moment is that your 'bronze' rated psu just can't handle these new generation of video cards power spikes at full loads.

Forza Horizon 4, Warzone and other games crashes always.

I test system with memtest86 - no problem. I test CPU and GPU at the same time with furmark and OCCT - no problem But in games, i always got crash

I also have a sound card, UAD Apollo Solo USB, but I don’t think it can conflict in any way, although I don’t exclude it.I assembled the computer myself in September 2020 and until March did not experience any problems, as soon as I installed the 3070, my life turned to hell.

Does underclocking the video card to max negative values in msi afterburner help with the issue?

The card in games in the stock first holds 1950 MHz, after which it drops to 1880 MHz, for example, in Battlefront 2, temperatures were 74-76 degrees. +1000 memory is not stable for sure, just because error correction is preventing artefacts for you, doesn't mean its stable. Run it fully on default then test.

You can try reseating the card.
Remove it from PCIE slot and put it back in.
If there is bad contact in PCIE slot, it can cause all sorts of issues that are problematic to troubleshoot.
Also, try with Curve Editor, to set boost in a flat line at like 1400-1500mhz for core.
There could be some kind of instability in power delivery, that reveals itself when power draw changes due to boost activating.
Could you test the card in a different system that is confirmed stable?
To verify that the issue is with the card and not some other component.

I will try to reinstall the card in PCI. There is no other system, but as an excuse I can say that everything works great before installing the card

Down volting and lowering the frequency to 1800 MHz helped to solve the problem with freezing and crashing of games. But I'm not yet completely sure of that. It's a shame that “Plug and Play” didn't work out.

I am hoping that all of these issue's that I've been seeing are not happening too frequently with all versions of the 30-series cards. I've seen a lot of issues with the 3090 cards and some with the 3080 cards, and I just hope these are isolated issues.

A year later, I still dispersed the video card up to 2010 MHz on GPU and 8000 memory, removed the front cover from the housing and temperature fell to 60° with fans by 70%. I use around nine months and everything works steadily. If I consider that the video card I acquired in the USA and I was in Russia I experienced a lot of problems in terms of that I couldn't return the video card to guarantee or contact any warranty service. I don't know if I'll advise next time to buy EVGA... at the time I bought I didn't have a choice between the vendors so I had to choose what was

Sorry hear you having such problems. Sounds me to RMA GPU yet as you stated that is something you might not be able do. word of advice you have nice system with 470 board I would try get more solid PSU if possible. Not saying PSU is culprit but any other future GPU Upgrade might need more power. Hope this issue can be resolved.
