Where's the option to Enable "Above 4G Memory Assignment" for Z490 Dark KPE?

Checked with our MB team.  Above 4G is not shown in the BIOS because it is enabled by default for Z490, so it's intentionally hidden.  If you've got Re-Size BAR Support enabled and CSM disabled, you just need to comply with the Windows 10 UEFI install and VGA BIOS update to enable Resizable BAR.
