Small update for people having difficulty flashing firmware in a specific mode.
 
EVGA UNLEASH RGB v1.0.5
  • Fix firmware update failure in IAP mode.
 
 
As always, please let us know if you encounter any issues or problems.  Feedback is appreciated, including places we can improve, but please create a separate thread for those.

    Installed & working ... no issues to report .... this is the only version that I have installed as I just installed the new KB & mouse

       Still not working. I've uninstalled everything Evga from appdata to the default install folders. You name it, I've tried it. Doesn't work on my other 2 PCs either.
    Evga could have sold me an actual brick with a USB cable and it would probably have been a better purchase.

    To better help you it'd be best to provide exact details as to what is not working. If Unleash is simply not opening it may be some sort of windows conflict. Others that had that issue had reinstalled windows which resolved their issue as mentioned here https://forums.evga.com/EVGA-Unleash-RGB-won39t-show-on-screen-m3225985-p2.aspx.

       So I'm expected to completely reinstall windows because EVGA cant play nice compared to tech from any other Brand? 
    gloss over that one a few times and spot the issue here. Awesome solution though.
     
    I'm gonna pass and let this thing gather dust until EVGA figures this one out.

    I am having a similar issue. I just got my new X20 mouse today and plugged it in with the cable just incase the battery wasnt charged. First thing I do is open unleash(v1.0.13) to check for updates but as soon as it opens a firmware update for hte mouse pops up and unleash closes. The firmware update also does not start no matter what i do. I tried restarting my pc reinstalling the software but still nothing. The firware update does not start and also fails to respond after a time. If I unplug the mouse then I can use the software like normal. Anyone have a solution to this? Btw reinstalling windows is not a solution to fixing the issue.
