RMA and Service Forms Failing with 404s Error Code: LB20404

When I try to file issues or create RMAs I receive 404s.
I would normally try to use your service desk but none of those systems let me file tickets
 
The request from 24.21.227.84 at 2021-02-21 01:23:53 GMT for the URL /support/ticket/support.aspx cannot be served due to error 159 on the host www.evga.com.
Error Code: LB20404
