If you're going to run 24/7, I'd recommend getting an air-cooled card if possible. They will run warmer, but are less likely to have any issues with 24/7 usage - not that AIO/Hybrid cards are "more likely to fail" but as someone else pointed out, that's introducing more possible points of failure, which is sub-optimal for a system that would be running 24/7 under workload.
I'm going to be running my Kingpin under load at least half the day for 2+ weeks straight this month for the Folding at Home challenge, I'll have to post a post-mortem on that after it's over with on how the card held up - I imagine it won't have any issues.
