Hello & Good day,
I have sent my RMA PSU and Received by EVGA Europe in Germany On: 1/4/2021
As I understand, it needs 3 - 4 working days to send back the replacement... but the status is still pending until the moment.. I called twice and was on hold for total of 35 minutes (International call).. first call customer support said they will send an email with details soon... second call they said wait on the line and no answer... I am badly in need the PSU... Can anyone from EVGA support help on this issue please 🙏
